The Hotel Pinomar is exellent situated in perfect distance to the lovely beach and promenade of S'illot. In addition the hotel offers a great seaview from most of the north-eats turned balconies, a nice and quiet place! The rooms are just fine, expect no luxury, but its definately value for money though no aircondition... (It might be really hot in summertime). The staff are friendly and the breakfast okay! All in all a great place and highly recomandable! Mikkel, Denmark
No aircondition

The breakfast here was delicious and I appreciated that the parking was close by 🥐. the guest room was cozy, and I especially liked the small toilet and how it was arranged.

The hotel has particularly good and magnificent location really close to souvenir, Mallorca and beach and bars. The staff were excellent friendly and superfriendly, and the free parking was available. I booked a big size room complete with air condition, a tinier toilet and bathroom...

The room had a balcony where you could relax, a safe for your belongings, and the bed was comfortable; also, the breakfast offered a diverse selection of savory options.

It was easy to find the hotel, the receptionist spoke english, the breakfast was excelent, so was the location. The surroundings was relatively calm. I was looking for a cheap option, so I didn't expect luxury. The room was small and dirty, but the sheets and towels were clean and the bathroom was more then ok. There was a balcony with a nice view. The staff was also good, kind.
No wifi (as advertised).

This was a really last minute booking and I know the area really well as I have been going for 17 years. Booked the day before for a really cheap break to meet up with friends before the end of the season. Decor was bit outdated but not too noticeable, but the location was unbeatable. Right on the seafront and far enough away from the bars to get a good nights sleep but only a 5 minute walk, if that, to all the nightlife/bars and restaurants. Breakfast choice for the money was unexpected and fresh! Booked a double room but got a single which for one person was really small however it was only a 2 day stay and it had everything you needed and the staff were really pleasant - my spanish is rubbish but the staff made sure we got by. Would definitely stay again!

The price, the view from the balcony.
Small bed, en suite bathroom was so small that we couldn't even open the door completely. The shower curtains was dirty, the WC was in the corner and the sink was so close that you couldn't sit on it properly. The TV had only 3 channels, 2 of them were German channels. No fan or A/C which made it extremely hard during the night. Breakfast was poor, Staff never acknowledge you or say hello, coffee was made from a machine, instant cappuccino tasted like a bad joke, Crossaints were small and sometimes stale, concentrate juice was extremely concentrated and too sweet. No variation, always the same stuff for 5 days.

Hotel apt room was small but light and airy and clean. The fridge worked well. Only top floor of apartments had sea view (no lift ) - as the apartment rooms are in the Familia Pinomar - ie not in the main hotel which is pictured, and are one road back from the front. Our top floor apt had an acceptable view. There is airconditioning - but it is chargeable as an extra (if they can find a working remote).
There was a water shortage for over 3 hours every evening leaving no water for showers or basins/bath. There was no working remote available for the airconditioning which the Booked.net form said was included - but the hotel said had to be paid for. The 'well fitted' kitchen as described on Booked.net had one pot, no sharp knife, no kettle, no oven, no cups or mugs and a worn dual electric hob only. The kitchen facilities would be best described as basic. Breakfast was a bit of a free for all and the fried eggs were always cold, even when there at 8am for first service.

the room was clean and had recently been painted with new curtains and a new sofa. the bedroom had two comfortable single beds and a great view of the sea. the location of the hotel, right on the seafront and on the edge of town, was perfect. It was only a 5-minute walk to the center of town and there was a fantastic restaurant overlooking the beach nearby. The breakfast provided was excellent and included in the affordable price of only 22 Euros per room per night. Cons: Cannot find any fault 👌.

Gorgeous and clean accommodation with magnificent location close enough to beach, shops and amenities, turquoise sea and the cliffs. A lot of options, savoury food.
